Job Title: Facility Executive
Key Responsibilities Include:- Leading daily cleaning, security and reception operations in a corporate office setting.
- Managing relationships with vendors for facilities services.
- Handling facility-related requests, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assisting in budget planning for soft services by ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Utilizing software to track tasks and generate reports on facilities performance.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operation of facilities management.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance practices in corporate settings.
- Proficiency in using software for tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Team player with adaptability and proactive approach.
- Vendor relationship management.
- Basic financial planning and cost control.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Mainly office-based with regular inspections of the facility.
- Possibly requires occasional evening or weekend work depending on requirements.
