Key Administrative Role

As the primary point of contact, you will serve as a liaison between management and staff, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring an efficient inventory control system is in place.
  • Develop and implement an effective documentation and filing system for bills, vendor agreements, and other essential documents.
  • Prepare and submit reports on expenses and budgets, adhering to ISO standards.
  • Maintain and follow established office procedures, promoting a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Oversee facilities maintenance and ensure the upkeep of the office premises.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in office management software, specifically MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
  • Experience managing budgets and expenses.
  • Ability to develop internal processes and filing systems.
  • Experience in facilities management.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. You will work closely with staff to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office.
