Senior Associate - Facility Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in the role of Facility Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient practices and sustainable solutions to reduce waste and lower operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on facility operations, including inventory management and capital expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a senior associate role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, including maintenance, repair, and renovation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
