Facility Operations Manager

Job Title: Facility Manager
As a seasoned professional in facility management, you will oversee all administrative and facility operations within our factory, including managing office space, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor contracts.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and relocation processes.
- Oversee office operations, including mailroom, reception, and IT support.
- Manage company vehicle fleet and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate administrative functions such as office supplies, transportation, and employee support services.
- Manage contracts with external vendors for transport, cabs, security, canteen, pantry management, and other facility services.
- Take care of access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, laundry services, local tax payments, uniforms, and petty cash.
- Monitor facility usage and optimize space allocation, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Lead and supervise a team of facility management staff, including maintenance technicians and contract labors.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, administration, and leadership, with at least 20-25 years of experience in similar roles. A degree in Engineering or MBA is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management.
