We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting commodity managers with cost out initiatives and SPIR activities.

  • You will co-ordinate and create multidimensional reports to showcase key performance indicators on time delivery.
  • You will review, validate, and approve cost out numbers submitted by commodity managers in the system and maintain a tracker for the same.
  • You will work closely with commodity managers and the finance group on recorded savings and detailed behind the same.
  • You will evaluate the financial impact of supply chain initiatives such as new supplier onboarding, outsourcing, or changes in logistics strategies.
  • You will partner with the Corp SCM Indirect team and divisions to ensure no tasking in 'planning ledgers' and identify project pipeline gaps.
  • You will handle large data sets on excel spreadsheets with a thorough understanding of Excel functions and formulas, cell referencing, Vlookup, Hlookup, If conditions, etc., Pivot Table Reports.
  • You will understand the financial system and utilize the same for various reporting purposes.
  • You will support forecasting and planning consolidation of SCM Finance reporting.
  • You will extract and consolidate data from multiple SCM systems, tools for data analysis and reporting, i.e., Financial systems, Supplier Gateway extracts, interfaces with ERP-Shared Services centers, Oracle, and Enterprise Data Warehousing.
  • You will drive the standardization of processes across all businesses.
  • You will create Power BI dashboards and deploy them.
  • You will manage a team and guide team members to drive results and deliver business requirements with quality work.
  • You will co-ordinate across businesses to understand business strategies and drive the team towards common goals.
  • You will analyze supplier contracts to identify financial risks and opportunities for cost savings.
  • You will be an active member to plan the yearly budgetting and forecasting cycle for Supply chain management.
  • You will have strong communication skills to handle stakeholder queries and ad-hoc support.
