Lead Product Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Analyst to drive product development initiatives within the data domain. As a key member of our team, you will ensure alignment with the product vision and strategy defined by the Product Manager.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, team leadership, quality assurance, metrics and reporting, and project management. You will apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage workflows and facilitate regular updates.

  • Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and production support fixes.
  • Act as a liaison between product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Present regular project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results. Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product ownership or analysis, preferably in a US Healthcare environment. Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and Agile methodologies is essential.
