Job Description

Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead product development and innovation for sealant products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end sealant products from concept to commercialization.
  • Translate market and customer needs into product specifications and development plans.
  • Lead a team of chemists and technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering innovation.
  • Conduct lab trials, application testing, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with external partners or customers for co-development or product customization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and quality to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Benchmark competitor products and identify improvement areas in existing product lines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations during product development.

This position requires deep technical expertise in sealant chemistry and a strong understanding of customer application requirements.
