Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and project acquisition initiatives across commercial, residential, and infrastructure segments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong market connections, project pipeline management skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.

  • Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring high-potential projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Influence project specifications through presentations and technical discussions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure

This role offers an opportunity to play a strategic part in high-value project sales, working with diverse stakeholders and influencing specification-driven business. Exposure to end-to-end project acquisition and execution is also available.

Key Requirements:

  • BE (Civil) / B.Sc (Chemistry/Science) / MBA (Marketing)
  • 8-14 years of experience in business development/project sales in construction chemicals, building materials, or allied sectors
  • Strong professional network in the Pune construction ecosystem
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
