Job Title: Product Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled product engineering leader to oversee the development of innovative products. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end product engineering requirements across multiple product lines.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, product managers, developers, quality analysts, and infrastructure specialists to establish a robust product engineering process. They will be responsible for creating a product roadmap, driving execution, and serving as a thought leader on architecture, design, and technical aspects of the products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategy, product, and business teams to create a product roadmap and drive execution.
  • Serve as a mentor and thought leader on architecture, design, and technical aspects of the products.
  • Identify and deploy the right tools, frameworks, techniques, and processes to help product engineers work more efficiently.
  • Own all non-functional requirements (NFRs) for the products.
  • Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
  • Responsible for product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in product development companies.
  • Well-versed in Agile software development and management methods.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
  • Proficient in using off-the-shelf software components.
  • Ability to adapt and iterate quickly based on user and business feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

BE/B.Tech or any equivalent degree with 12-20 years of relevant experience.
