**Job Title:** Financial Operations Manager

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily finance operations and drive business growth as the company scales.

This is an opportunity for someone with 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting to manage our finance and accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance, as well as proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations).
  • Prepare accurate management information reports (MIS), profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances.
  • Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST), tax deductions at source (TDS), Provident Fund (PF), and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory filings, vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.

**Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems.
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
