Job Opportunity: Finance Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced finance operations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process all invoices, supplier bills, and TDS-related bills with accurate supporting documents to ensure statutory deductions are made.
  • Prepare a monthly statement of TDS with reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate a PC/labour liability statement and submit it to the Finance Head for approval of Labour & PC Payment.
  • Prepare a supplier liability statement within the specified period according to guidelines.
  • Update the Fixed Assets Register with details on a monthly basis within the specified deadline.
  • Responsible for preparing statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI) and remittances to the Regional Office/Head Office.
  • Ensure GST compliances by checking and reconciling GSTR 2B, 3B, and GSTR 1.
  • Implement budgets and report variances to management on a timely basis.
  • Prepare timely profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements, and cost control reports.
  • Monitor and prepare BGs, LCs, corporate guarantees, and bonds with clients and banks in a timely manner.
  • Working experience is required in SAP environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
