Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes. This individual will be responsible for various tasks that require attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor bills and reconcile vendor statements, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Perform bank entries and reconciliations, credit card entries and reconciliations, payroll processing, and payroll entries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage accounts receivable and revenue, update document checklist, document library, and client reports, providing timely insights to stakeholders.
  • Calculate and file sales tax, perform payroll reconciliation, and manage deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to address routine queries and questions, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Review and prepare financial statements, adhering to ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
