Job Overview

As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts across the country, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion across all regions.
  • Monitor national performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement targeted interventions to bridge gaps and capture growth opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of regional sales managers and their extended teams.
  • Set performance standards, drive accountability, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Build leadership bench strength through capability development and succession planning.
Market Expansion Strategies
  • Design and scale distribution strategies, including direct sales, dealer sales agents (DSAs), connectors, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee channel activation and penetration across metros, tier 1, tier 2, and emerging markets.
  • Use competitive intelligence and market insights to refine go-to-market plans and launch new initiatives.

Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role. Experience in sales strategy development, team management, and market expansion is highly desirable.
