About the Role

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth and success in the Indian market.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the region.
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in our CRM system, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among teams, driving alignment and success.

Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SAAS/selling Software Solutions in India markets, including both transactional sales and strategic selling experience.
  • A proven track record of consistent over-achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  • A highly driven individual with an execution focus, strong sense of urgency, and a belief in the client's mission.
  • Experience working with start-ups and emerging organizations, with a solid understanding of building and growing successful businesses.
  • Domain expertise in analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence is preferred, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.
