Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development strategies and be able to effectively communicate these plans to team members.

  • To align, track and monitor implementation of organizational initiatives periodically, such as Quality, Customer Satisfaction initiatives etc.
  • Scope of Role (Team, Geographical, Material)
  • Overall responsibility for contributing to and implementing the strategy at the account level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implement the strategic road map for business growth by maintaining relationships with key influencers at customer end, coordinating for implementation of actions in order to achieve stretch sales and accelerated growth objectives in Strategic Account
  • To represent customer trends and preferences of the customers in the zone and track actions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
