Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead day-to-day management of social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and trend monitoring.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop specialized social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Paid Media & Advertising
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement adjustments to maximize ROI.
eCommerce & Website Management
  • Oversee website functionality, user experience, and performance optimization.
  • Track and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Market Research & Intelligence
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing technologies and innovative marketing concepts.
Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and management tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
