Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Strategy & Growth Officer to drive strategic growth initiatives, support leadership across sales, business development, and product growth.

This role involves identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays, designing, refining, and tracking sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

You will build trust with clients, ensuring proactive communication and long-term growth, partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities, conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the founder's level.

Work with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Design and refine sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with clients through proactive communication and long-term growth.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
