As a key member of our team, the General Manager of Medical Affairs will lead the medical affairs strategy and provide robust medico-marketing support to drive business growth. This role encompasses developing medical materials, training programs, and evaluating new products to ensure alignment with our business goals and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical references and data to support product positioning and research and development.
  • Support marketing collaboration by providing regular inputs and strategic advice on promotional activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive product manuals, monographs, and training slides to enhance understanding and communication of product benefits.
  • Develop Continuing Medical Education (CME) slides and materials to support ongoing education initiatives.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to marketing and business development teams.
  • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products and therapeutic areas.
  • Actively participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights that inform medical affairs strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications include an advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent, minimum 15 years experience in medical affairs, strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and excellent communication skills.
