About the Role:

At Icertis, we're looking for a skilled Contract Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers on the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Icertis product and its features to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and new features to provide the best possible support to customers.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your skills and share expertise with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in application support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work with complex technical issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
