Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to oversee day-to-day global HR operations, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and adherence to US labor laws.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition, as well as experience in compliance with US labor laws and regulations.

This is a full-time role for an HR professional located in Hyderabad. The HR professional will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Managing employee benefits programs
  • Ensuring a positive work environment
  • Creating and enforcing HR policies and procedures

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and the ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
