Job Description

As a strategic process consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful improvements across our services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to create business process requirements, working closely with technical teams to translate these requirements into functional specifications, and ensuring all business and design requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough analysis of business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement, developing clear and concise user stories and functional specifications, evaluating potential solutions and technologies, assessing their feasibility and impact, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or retirement services industry.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in more than 2 of the following areas: Institutional Servicing, Distributed Transactions, Offer Selection and Management, Participant management, Account Management, reporting, customer service, Annuity Servicing, Engagement & Distributions, Financial products, Marketing.
  • Working experience on Agile, DevOps, and Scrum Master.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
