Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory for this role.
  • A professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have progressive experience at the Senior Associate level or at least 3-6 years working in internal audit preferably in a big four firm.
  • Experience working within various industries, especially manufacturing, oil and gas, and energy, is considered an asset.
  • You must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment.
  • Business development and client relationship building skills are essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to research issues, present alternatives, and conclusions to clients.
  • Background in governance, risk, and controls, along with the ability to develop audit and risk management strategies, is crucial for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in assessment and testing of design and operation of business and compliance controls.

This role requires project management and leadership skills to manage engagements from start to finish, including P&L management, team management, preparation of deliverables, and working directly with senior managers.
