About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Production Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot and are passionate about delivering high-quality technical support while contributing to development efforts.

  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve critical customer/field technical escalations using technical and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer reported problems.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team about ongoing escalation statuses.
  • Own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines.
  • Build tools and techniques to help with Root Cause Analysis using available data and code base insights.
  • Reduce time to resolve product issues by fixing them as needed after RCA.
  • Provide timely updates to issue reporting teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Product management team to identify and implement backlog requirements which could add value to the product.
