Product Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to spearhead our product implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in pharmaceutical projects and instrumentation, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Caliber products to customers through thorough product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Perform on-site installations and configurations of Caliber products to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and provide expert assistance during project execution, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to guarantee product functionality and compliance.
  • Train end-users on Caliber products, providing comprehensive instruction and support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Maintain databases and create maintenance plans to optimize product performance and efficiency.
  • Provide onsite support and handle customer calls, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reproduce reported issues and execute test cases to identify and rectify product defects.
  • Patch updates and maintenance to ensure product stability and security.
  • Install training, UAT, and production builds, ensuring timely deployment and minimal disruption.
  • Execute Operational Qualification to verify product compliance and performance.
  • Support customers during Performance Qualification (PQ) execution, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Configure interfaces to integrate Caliber products with existing systems, streamlining data exchange and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Execute test scripts to validate product functionality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in internal product validation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute validation scripts to verify product compliance and accuracy.
  • Document on-site validation issues and deviations, maintaining accurate records and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Review validation outputs with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare validation summary reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future improvements.
