**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Messaging Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 services in an enterprise environment.

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange and on-premise infrastructure, including mailbox management, backup, and restore.
  • Support Exchange Online services, including hybrid configurations, mail flow, and message tracking.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, OWA, and remote email access.
  • Manage anti-SPAM tools and Enterprise Vault Servers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in Windows Server OS and desktop environments.
  • Strong understanding of Exchange protocols: SMTP, POP3, RPC/HTTPS, MAPI/HTTPS.
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid Configurations and Azure AD Connect.
  • Deep understanding of Office 365 features: DKIM, DMARC, DLP, transport rules, retention, and archival policies.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and tools like MFCMapi, IDFix, and other diagnostic utilities.

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years as a Level 2 engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Microsoft certifications for Office 365 workloads are a strong advantage.

Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to resolve technical issues. Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for critical issues. Execute migration projects, new implementations, and Office 365 improvements. Generate reports and documentation for Office 365 tasks and tickets.
