Job Opportunity for Technical Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Developer. This position is based in India and requires a hybrid work setup, with at least three days a week spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To translate business requirements into application code that meets industry standards.
  • To document application specifications, including technical details and functional requirements.
  • Perform code reviews and align solutions to architectural specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and guidance, leveraging expertise in Oracle EBS and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and deployment of solutions, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Develop and deploy integrated solutions to enhance, consolidate, and coordinate independently designed applications enterprise-wide, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT as a software developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Knowledge in Oracle Application Modules Revenue Management & Billing, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and iExpenses & iProcurement, with a focus on PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in Oracle EBS and integrated systems.
  • Excellent knowledge in web-based development, including CEMLI (RICE) and WebADI.
  • Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Bursting, Forms, and Workflow.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Experience in various project methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices and compliance with industry standards.
