Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration and implementation of Global Benefits modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored benefits solutions for large organizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand global benefits needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post implementation.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Global Benefits or Employee Central.
