Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in your assigned area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Increase sales volumes by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Sell our products and services directly to end-users and ensure the territory prospect pipeline is populated with a balance of short, mid, and long-term prospects.
  • Actively sell the increased value of our products and services, and negotiate the best price to minimize price erosion.
  • Facilitate problem-solving by assuring cross-functional coordination and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information, and develop relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations, and create detailed proposal documents as part of a formal bidding process.
  • Closely monitor sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gather clear insights into customers' businesses and requirements, and share best practices with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on science and business development.
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industry.
  • Prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, and a hardworking, persistent, and dependable attitude.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
