Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Counseling prospective students about Airblack's makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels.
- Driving enrollment numbers and contributing to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants.
- Participating in video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments.

As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to counsel and empower women, helping them start a livelihood. RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1-5 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Industry preference: Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance, or related B2C.
- Language: English & Kannada.
- Availability for 10am to 8pm, 6 working days | Sunday off.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a fixed component of up to Rs. 4.2L for upto 3 years sales experience and up to Rs. 4.8L for 3-5 years sales experience. Additionally, you will receive a variable bonus of up to Rs. 2L and spot incentives. The total estimated annual compensation would be around Rs. 13.44L - Rs. 16.32L.
