Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Counseling prospective students about Airblack's makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels.
  • Driving enrollment numbers and contributing to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants.
  • Participating in video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-5 years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Industry preference: Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance, or related B2C.
  • Language: English & Kannada.
  • Availability for 10am to 8pm, 6 working days | Sunday off.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a fixed component of up to Rs. 4.2L for upto 3 years sales experience and up to Rs. 4.8L for 3-5 years sales experience. Additionally, you will receive a variable bonus of up to Rs. 2L and spot incentives. The total estimated annual compensation would be around Rs. 13.44L - Rs. 16.32L.
