Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager for Real Estate at Naukripay, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales goals. This includes:

  • Providing leadership training and coaching to the sales team
  • Developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Setting individual and team sales targets and monitoring performance
  • Supporting agents in their sales efforts
  • Communicating with clients to close sales or facilitate purchases
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to develop sales and promotional materials
  • Providing regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management

Additional Responsibilities:

Depending on the real estate firm, the sales manager may focus on commercial or residential properties or both. This may involve meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products, establishing new business, maintaining accurate records, attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, reviewing sales performance, and negotiating contracts and packages.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
