**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and assessment methods to meet the diverse needs of students and promote active learning.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through real-world business scenarios and case studies.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respectful discourse.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic progress, assignments, and projects, and offer support to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences in Business Studies.
- Stay informed about current events, trends, and developments in the business world and integrate relevant examples into lesson plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' academic performance, behavior, and progress in Business Studies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning, grading, and classroom management.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and willingness to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in business education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to support student success.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that values diversity and promotes academic excellence in Business Studies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,473.25 per month
