Back Office Assistant

**Job Purpose**
- Heading the Governance and Compliance function at Global Markets
- Manage compliance risk Domestic Capital markets (Broking), Structured Products or Market linked debentures, Fixed Income, and international entity compliances
- Spearhead Secretarial and Governance responsibilities for Global Markets legal entities
- Formulate regulatory and compliance framework and ensure business adherence to the same
- Act as the custodian of all legal and regulatory aspects of the business including implementation of applicable rules and regulations, advising, and providing solutions on various business proposals & complex situations
- Drive a compliance culture within the organization

**Role & responsibilities**
- Strengthen the Compliance & Governance functions and capabilities
- Groom the respective domain owners and build an effective team
- Build industry and regulatory connects and be an external interface for Global Markets on compliance matters
- Design systems / processes for carrying out various processes with-in the compliance framework
- Continuous adherence, review & alignment of surveillance mechanism within Global Markets as per evolving regulations
- Research new products and disseminate the regulatory changes and its impact on business.
- Advising on various business proposals and approving new products
- Be the custodian of regulatory requirements & drive initiatives to establish a strong compliance culture in the organization
- Ownership of legal agreements**Responsibilities**:

- Study stock market activity, execute trades, and monitor and analyze trade activity on behalf of clients.
- Perform trade-related data analysis in order to help advise clients on trading strategy. This will involve the use of internal/proprietary portfolio management programs and tools.
- Analysis of Market trend and recommending short term trading calls in Derivative / Options with favourable risk reward ratio and good accuracy.
- Active interaction and conducting calls with Director and clients regarding the investments and trade position queries
- Writing stock specific reports

**Required skills and qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in markets and securities, or support roles in a trading environment.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced and often stressful environment.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
