Job Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager at Positka, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and planning of sales operations activities, ensuring seamless integration across departments and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Management: Oversee the entire bid management process, ensuring seamless coordination from RFP receipt to proposal submission.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and remove bottlenecks to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, sales, marketing, finance, project teams, and others, fostering strong communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operational flow.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and other senior individuals, preparing you for leadership roles like Sales Ops Team Lead or Operations Manager. With opportunities to grow and develop your skills, this role is a steppingstone toward broader operational leadership and strategic roles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales operations, bid management, general administration, and others.

Demonstrated expertise in managing bid and billing processes is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally are essential for this role.
