Rural Women Empowerment Intern

We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to support our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) proposal development and strategic outreach.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to design and scale programs that uplift rural women in underserved communities, promoting their economic empowerment and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop CSR Proposals Focused on Rural Women:
    • Conduct thorough research to create proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs, addressing skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education, and other relevant areas.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Foster Partnerships with CSR Funders & NGOs:
    • Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
    • Presents tailored proposals and maintains follow-ups to build long-term partnerships that benefit rural women.
  • Liaise with NGOs & CSR Teams:
    • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
    • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions that address the needs of rural women.

  • A proactive approach, self-motivation, and comfort working remotely.
  • An interest in CSR, fundraising, or social impact, particularly focusing on rural women's empowerment.
