Job Title: Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio details of various private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain investor-specific quarterly reporting templates, showcasing fund performance in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analyze PE Funds performance by reviewing cash flows and financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Calculate fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates on fund performance, highlighting successes and challenges.
  • Reconcile portfolio-level operational data, including geographical presence, headquarters, and portfolio leverage, ensuring seamless integration with overall strategy.
  • Coordinate with teams to obtain information on time and communicate client status regularly, fostering collaboration and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent (CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, CAIA).
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with management reporting or operational finance expertise.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and front-end software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, emphasizing high-quality work product.
  • Proactive problem-solving, prioritization, and effective communication skills, with the ability to show initiative and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent.
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
