About Our Portfolio

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the public equities portfolio, developing and presenting detailed investment theses and recommendations to our investment committee and principal stakeholders.
  • Track, analyse, and evaluate listed Indian companies across sectors to identify high-conviction investment ideas.
  • Monitor and manage existing portfolio holdings, tracking performance against benchmarks and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Build and nurture a strong external network with analysts, fund managers, research firms, and industry experts.
  • Stay updated on macroeconomic, sectoral, and regulatory developments to inform investment decisions.
The Successful Candidate
  • 12-15 years of experience in public equities investing, preferably from a mutual fund, PMS, long-only fund, or public markets-focused investment firm.
  • Proven track record of identifying and recommending successful investments across sectors.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to synthesise large volumes of data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at the senior-most level.
  • A self-starter with high integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a deep passion for public markets.
