Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless customer service management. This involves maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers and ensuring they receive the highest level of experience.

  1. Customer Service Management
  • Be responsible for managing customer requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure each customer receives best-in-class customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management
  • Initiate and manage leasing transactions, including invoicing and collection of lease payments.
  • Manage data related to each account under management.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making related to leasing operations.
  1. Account Reconciliation
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage financial interactions with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and accurately.
  1. Data and Records Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, statements, and analyses to provide insights into the financial performance of account-wise leasing exposures.
  1. Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience through our processes and policies in the leasing industry.
