We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Professional to join our Lease Management team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions. This involves receiving and processing lease-related queries and review requests via email. The successful candidate will also assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements, coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review, and prepare Lease Sign Off Forms (LSOF) for office leases signed regionally due to local mandates.

  • Support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions.

  • Assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review.
  • Prepare Lease Sign Off Forms (LSOF) for office leases signed regionally due to local mandates.

Maintaining organized records of all signed lease agreements is crucial for audit and compliance purposes. A Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent), strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team are essential for this role. Basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements is required.
