Head of Operations
About the Role:
This leadership position oversees all operational aspects of banqueting and catering services, ensuring exceptional event execution, guest satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing SOPs for seamless event logistics, and monitoring quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
- Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient event logistics.
- Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
- Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
- Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
