We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a strong problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to think critically and come up with effective solutions to customer queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
  • Demonstrating ownership on calls when contacted by customer
  • Responding to all customers in an appropriate tone and language
  • Offering a solution-based approach for all customer interactions
  • Educating the customer at every given opportunity
  • Ensuring updation of product system process and policy knowledge
  • Adhering to rostered timing scheduled shifts and activities
  • Capturing customer details and data relevant to the call or service
  • Resolving customer queries within agreed timelines
  • Managing outbound campaigns as per business requirement
  • Increasing developing and retaining customer base through relationship building and service
  • Following all contact center policies procedures code of conduct and legislative requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A graduation degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 months experience in BPO is mandatory
  • The ability to speak local language
  • BASIC computer knowledge
  • Problem solving skills

  • Service mindset
