Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop user interfaces for ServiceNow applications using UI Builder.

About the Role
  • Create, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Evaluate complex business requirements and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and contribute to implementing new ServiceNow requirements.
  • Design and implement business-driven enhancements, including forms, workflows, reports, and system interfaces.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow UI Builder, ServiceNow platform knowledge, incident, problem, change management, etc.
  • User experience design principles, web development concepts, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI UX design tools, Agile development methodologies, accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • Experience in implementing Bulk Update feature in the UI Builder, enabling users to update multiple open Incidents simultaneously.
  • Collaborated with business analysts and developers to build a custom UI for a new ServiceNow application using UI Builder.
