Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced Developer to contribute to various tasks, collaborate with process managers and stakeholders, and drive the development of high-quality products.
  • Mastery of problem-solving skills and attention to detail is required for this role.
  • A strong communication and collaboration background is essential to deliver results and work effectively with teams.
  • Proficiency in standard IT technologies and at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow is necessary for this position.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements, own their code from design to delivery, and ensure timely completion of technical tasks.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Data integration to ensure accuracy and consistency.
