Job Title: Advanced Hardware Engineer

The Advanced Hardware Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and qualification of aerospace products to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing product architecture, high-level and detailed design, evaluating grounding schemes, shielding, and enclosure designs, and driving project scope, cost, risks, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EMI/EMC design, analysis, simulation, and qualification tests for aerospace products.
  • Provide technical guidance on analog, digital, RF design, and power electronics.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues, review PCB designs for analog and digital systems.
  • Use simulation tools like Ansys, LT-SPICE, MATLAB, and Mentor Schematic for modeling and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with EMI/EMC design. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience with simulation tools is also required. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is mandatory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
