Our organization is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the setup of practices within our Global Capability Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple end-to-end transitions and working closely with the Operational Leadership team to deliver strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading process migrations and program management, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. They will be able to influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives. The candidate should also have a proven track record in delivering business outcomes and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end programs to deliver business outcomes and support organizational strategy
  • Lead the establishment of best practices and operational frameworks within global capability centers
  • Oversee the transition of projects and processes into the global capability center
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in leading process migrations and program management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record in delivering business outcomes and driving initiatives for continuous improvement
