Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations while balancing business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and project coordination with the Project Team.

In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team.
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework.
  • Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Observing systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision.
  • Collaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.
