  • Project Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Represent all aspects of project delivery in a client-facing capacity.
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
    • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools for success.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess risks associated with project delivery.
    • Develop and implement mitigation plans and strategies to address potential challenges.
    • Proactively manage issues to minimize their impact on project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions clearly and in a timely manner.
    • Conduct regular status meetings and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Implement and oversee quality control processes.
  • Timeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
    • Adjust project timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or resource availability.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is beneficial.

4+ years of experience in enterprise project management, preferably in technology consulting or e-commerce implementation and management.

Expertise in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for projects of various sizes and complexities.

Proven ability to deliver multiple project types and deliverables, such as website design, development, e-commerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content, and digital experience platforms.

Familiarity with working on consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, and loyalty industries.

Knowledge of enterprise CMS and DXP systems, including Salesforce, Contentful, and Adobe products.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
