IT Project Management Role

As a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to meet deadlines and budgetary objectives.
  • Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes, driving process improvements and adoption.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, on time, and with a focus on quality assurance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Measure project performance using relevant metrics and drive accountability through continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or proven experience in project management.
  • 15 years of experience in project management, with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
