About the Role:

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee high-priority and strategically important projects from initiation to closure. Your key responsibilities will include end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, leadership and team management, strategic planning and execution, risk and issue management, resource allocation, quality assurance, client and vendor management, reporting and communication, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change requests and project deviations with minimal disruption to the project scope, cost, or timeline.
  • Oversee and manage project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and costs are controlled.

  • Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
  • Significant experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while ensuring effective cost control.
  • Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Agile experience, including Scrum Master certification.
