Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to fill this exciting opportunity. This role involves providing on-site service support, handling customer complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending field complaints, providing timely service support at customer sites, handling commissioning calls, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and minimizing Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

  • Attend field complaints and provide timely service support at customer sites.
  • Handle commissioning calls ensuring correct installation, testing, and performance verification.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Minimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3-4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance, and strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.
