Our team is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead and execute engagements in finance, valuations, due diligence, and tax advisory services.We are looking for an individual with both technical expertise and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to founders and investors.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client servicing and team management, with excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic financial partner to start-ups, overseeing budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and investor communications.The Manager will also be responsible for building financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored for scaling businesses, supporting valuations for fundraises, secondary transfers, and M&A transactions, and leading buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects.Additionally, the Manager will provide tax structuring advice for business models and transactions, including cross-border setups, holding structures, ESOPs, and exits.Qualifications include a CA with 4–6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory at a mid-tier boutique advisory or in a start-up finance team with exposure to FP&A and fundraise projects.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles.They should also have entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Prior experience working with start-ups or within the start-up ecosystem is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
